Rebate Refresher for JONES HARDWARE Customers

As with previous national events, the rebated items will be featured on a single form. You must fill out the forms and submit them to a rebate center for redemption. The form includes complete instructions for submission and steps for you through the documentation you'll need, including a dated receipt. Forms must be submitted by you, not Jones Hardware or its employees, and must be postmarked by (DATE ON FORM), for redemption. We encourage you to make copies of all your rebate-related documentation before sending them to the rebate center.

After submitting your rebate forms, you can expect to receive your rebate within eight weeks. If you have questions about the status of your rebate, please visit a new window code: www.acerebatestatus.com or call toll-free 800-477-4137, please do not inquire about your rebates at JONES HARDWARE because we can not answer questions concerning your rebate status.

NO ITEM WILL BE RETURNED WITHOUT A UPC CODE, NO EXCEPTIONS
